Homemaker/Companion Care

Meal preparation, Shopping and running errands, Light

Housekeeping, Sweep floors, Vacuum floors, Mop floors, clean

dishes, Clean bathroom, Clean kitchen, Take out garbage,

Remove old food items from refrigerator, Make beds, Laundry,

Fold and put away clothes, Socialization (playing games, walking

around the neighborhood , reading, and conversation) , Bill

Paying ,Prescription pickup

Personal Care

Assistance with Bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding,

and toileting. Meal Preparation, Medication Reminder. Ambulation

Assistance which includes (providing support while walking inside

and outside of the home, reminding client to use assistive devices

such as walkers or canes, and Supporting the client while moving

from the bed to a walking position, from sitting to standing, into

the shower, into a vehicle or from the toilet and back)

24 -Hour Care

Overnight Monitoring and Care, Homemaker, Companion, and

Personal Care Services throughout the day. Individualized

Emergency Plan and monitoring.

Transitional and Post-Operative Care

After surgery or discharge from hospital we ensure that your

transition back to living at home will go smoothly. Prescription

pickup, grocery shopping, and running errands. Meal preparation

and light housekeeping includes those listed in the

homemaker/companion services. Medication Reminder

Unskilled Respite

Provided to individuals unable to care for themselves and is

offered because of the need of relief for primary caregivers.

Observation, and homemaker /companion services.

Post-partum /Maternity Care

For mother’s who need assistance around the home whether they

are too sick, on bed rest, recently discharged from hospital after

giving birth, or just simply want assistance we’re here to help.
